6, for the valve after the stroke and super torque controller setting, the first time to fully open or fully close the valve, should pay attention to monitor its control of the stroke, such as the valve switch to the position does not stop, should immediately manual emergency shutdown.
7, in the process of opening and closing the valve, when the signal indicator is found to be wrong and the valve has abnormal sound, it should be stopped in time for inspection.
8. The power supply of the electric valve should be turned off after successful operation.
9. When operating multiple valves at the same time, attention should be paid to the operation sequence and meet the production process requirements.

Third, the operation of the electric valve, all kinds of valves should be complete and intact. The flange thread and the bolt on the support are indispensable, the thread should be intact, and no loosening is allowed. If the tightening nut on the handwheel is found to be loose, it should be tightened in time to avoid wearing the connection or losing the handwheel and nameplate. If the hand wheel is lost, it is not allowed to use a adjustable wrench instead, and it should be matched in time. Packing caps are not allowed to skew or have no preload clearance. For electric valves that are easily contaminated by dirt such as rain, snow, dust, wind and sand, the valve stem should be installed with a protective cover. The scale on the electric valve should be kept complete, accurate and clear. The seal, cap and pneumatic accessories of the electric valve should be complete and intact. The thermal insulation jacket should be free of dents and cracks. Do not knock, stand or support heavy objects on electric valves in operation; In particular, non-metallic electric valves and cast iron electric valves should be prohibited.
