When the electric valve is installed, the electric device is composed of an electric valve together with the valve.

The installation conditions of electric devices depend to a large extent on the installation of valves.

In order to ensure that the electric valve can work correctly and reliably after being put into operation, in addition to ensuring the correct installation of the electric device, attention should also be paid to the installation of the valve. When installing the valve, attention should be paid to the requirements of its matching work with the electric device.

(1) The valve should be installed on the horizontal pipe as far as possible and the valve body should be vertical (the valve stem is vertical and above the horizontal line). This is because the best position for the electric device is vertical installation (output sodium vertical position, and installed above the valve body). From the valve itself, the vertical installation is also advantageous, because the vertical installation is easy to repair and maintenance; When installed horizontally, due to the uneven temperature of the valve components, the sealing structure is easy to leak and is not easy to maintain.

(2) The rotation direction of the valve stem nut should be consistent with the rotation direction of the output shaft of the electric device. From the point of view of the stem end, the stem nut rotates clockwise for the closing valve; Turn counterclockwise to open the valve. This turn is the standard turn of the valve. When the rotation is not consistent with the standard rotation, the valve should be modified, because it is much more difficult to modify the electric device, and sometimes even impossible.

(3) The operating mechanism of the important valve should be led to a position easily accessible to the duty personnel, such as a platform with the same elevation as the control room. At this time, the electric device is installed on the floor and connected with the valve through the universal coupling.

(4) The valve stem nut should be properly assembled and greased to ensure good lubrication. For the high temperature valve, the valve stem nut part should have a dish spring to absorb the thermal expansion of the valve stem. If the valve lacks a link, the connection of the valve stem nut part should be modified according to the field conditions to add a dish spring to absorb the thermal expansion of the valve stem.

(5) The valve should be well insulated to ensure that the operating temperature of the electric device can be within its allowable range. For high temperature valves, in order to reduce the influence of heat conduction on the working temperature of the electric device, the valve bracket should be sufficiently high to ensure that the working temperature of the electric device can be within its allowable range. When it is difficult to lengthen the bracket, heat sinks can also be installed on the valve cover and bracket to ensure that the working temperature of the electropersuading-device is normal. It can even be separated from the valve by the universal coupling and the floor support seat electric device. To improve the working conditions of electric devices.

(6) The packing of the valve should be compressed. In order to ensure the sealing of the packing, it is sufficient to make the radial pressure of the lower part of the filling section exceed the working pressure of the medium in the tube. Excessive compression of the valve stem filler can not only ensure the sealing of the packing, but also cause the packing to lose elasticity and cause leakage.
