1、All valves of the company have no casting defects such as trachoma holes, flange sealing surface without scratches, flow rate, direction, nominal pressure, caliber, material and other marks should be clear and complete.
2、All the valves of the company have been tested for pressure quality inspection before leaving the factory, opened 4-5 times with pressure, and the paint can be stored in the warehouse after the inspector's signature.
3、After painting the valve, all surfaces must be clean and dust-free, continuous and flat, uniform in color, no bubbles, no small holes scratches, and unified for spraying.
4、Each product is issued with inspection certificate and instruction manual to ensure the correct installation and use of our products.
5、Our company guarantees that the factory products are produced and inspected according to national standards, and unqualified products will never leave the factory. Strictly implement the relevant provisions of the national industrial products after-sales service, the factory products within twelve months from the date of delivery, under the normal operation specified in the product specification, our company will be responsible for the quality guarantee period.

4、Service principle: The product warranty period is twelve months, during the warranty period, the supplier will be free to repair and replace the parts damaged due to quality reasons. For the damage of parts outside the warranty period, the company has a long-term cooperative relationship with customers, and only charges the cost for the spare parts provided. If the equipment is damaged due to human factors of the demander, the maintenance or spare parts provided by the supplier are priced at the cost.
